- Mr. Purushottam B. Agrawal is a pharmacy graduate. He founded the company in 1973 and has more than three decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. His continued efforts have helped turn the company into an organisation of excellence in both domestic and global pharmaceutical markets. Ajanta Pharma has benefited from his expertise, foresight and vision.
- Mr. Madhusudan B. Agrawal

- Mr. Madhusudan B. Agrawal is also one of the founder directors of the company. He is a science graduate and has been the business development head of the company since its inception. He has extensively travelled worldwide and has spearheaded the overseas expansion of Ajanta bringing a paradigm shift in its way of doing business.

- Mr. Yogesh M. Agrawal is a management graduate from Johnson & Wales University, U.S.A. He is a promoter director of the company. His natural acumen for business combined with his modern management expertise, makes him an ideal business leader. He is responsible for the unprecedented growth of the company during the last seven years. He has transformed Ajanta Pharma’s business into a focused speciality product company with steady growth year after year.

- Mr. Chandrakant Khetan is a technical graduate with more than 35 years of valuable experience as an industrialist. He has diverse business interests spread across various segments and his vision and commitment to professionalism is widely recognized in the industry.
- Dr. Anil Kumar
Non Executive, Independent Director
- Dr. Anil Kumar is an eminent cardiologist from Mumbai. He has been practicing medicine in many reputed institutions such as Bombay Hospital and Sir JJ Hospital. He contributes in academics by teaching in medical colleges and his vast experience is useful to the company in launching new products, especially in its cardiology division. His feedback about product behaviour and general medicine knowledge adds to the decision making skills of the Board.
- Ms. Madhu Verma

- Ms. Madhu Verma is an experienced banker, working with Exim Bank. She is currently working as General Manager in the Internal Audit Department of EXIM Bank. She is nominated by Exim Bank to be on the company’s board. She is a member of various committees of the board.
